Kyocera Solar Inc, a supplier of solar solutions and REC Solar Inc, a grid connected solar solution providing company, have declared the conclusion of the 1.134 MW solar power system at a place called Castle Rock Vineyards, situated in Central Valley of California.
The Vineyard solar power system formulated and incorporated by REC Solar comprises 5,400 numbers of Kyocera KD210GX-LPU high productive 210 W modules. The ground mounted system when goes into operations will produce around 1,761,971 kilowatt hours of clean energy every year and reduce the power usage of the Vineyard by almost 69%. Angiolo Laviziano, REC Solar’s CEO, said that his company’s partnership with Kyocera is important to his company and both the companies are pledged to produce their best. He added that by mixing the high power producing Kyocera solar modules with their own design and technical exposure the company is able to offer a cost-effective and top quality PV solution to their client.
Steve Hill, Kyocera Solar Inc’s President detailed the commitment of the company in preserving the ecology and in offering novel low cost solar power solutions to its clients. He added that the company’s new manufacturing facility in San Diego Calif., along with its existing facility at Tijuana, Mexico will enable the company to meet the growing demand of the US solar market while it continues to offer viable solar solutions.
