Gulf City Solar, a Bonita Springs Florida-based company, has declared its intentions to offer user-friendly solar power at any place of requirement.
The company develops and offers solar products that use ultra-thin and light-weight solar panels, patented control settings and a very thin type of packaging. The weight-less solar panels can be carried to the place of installation with ease and can be installed and used without much effort. The products offer more power production efficiency than the similar products from other manufacturers.
The company initially offered a solar conversion kit for use in electric golf carts. Unlike other type of panels the thin film solar panels weighing around nine pounds allowed easy installation over the roof of golf carts and offered freedom to the owners to utilize the panel over any other cart with a simple peel-off and install option. The control mechanism offered with the solar panels distributed the produced energy 30% more efficiently than most of the currently available panels, and they regularly charged the battery installed in the golf carts allowing more driving time and reduced dependence on other power. The company utilized the same thin film solar panels and the technology to introduce a solar power generator to power household usages such as lamps, fans, computers and limited power supply to items such as hot-plate, refrigerator and television. The generator is offered in an easy to carry suitcase-sized packing.
William P. Heckenstaller, Gulf City Solar’s President, said that the generator comes handy during emergencies. He further said that the solar utilizing generator will save the trouble of storing gasoline at home. He added that the solar generator is very useful for those who like outdoors and can use the solar power in camps and boats. He unveiled the plans of the company to introduce energy cost-saver boxes, aeration systems and water purifications systems powered by solar.
