Enfinity Takes Over ClearPeak to Expand its Services

Enfinity America Corporation, a solar power project developing company, declared that it has taken over ClearPeak a solar developing company in the U.S. for an undisclosed amount. The acquisition while increasing the presence of the company in the US market also allows it to take advantage of over 80 years of energy and renewable energy related exposure of ClearPeak.

Established in 2009 ClearPeak currently offers outsourcing solutions with a focus on fields such as business development, business strategy, project finance, project development and policy support to renewable energy companies. Enfinity has decided to maintain the current staffing structure of ClearPeak and took over the existing line of renewable energy projects and clients.

Rafael Dobrzynski, Enfinity America Corporation’s CEO said that the acquisition depicts the allegiance of Enfinity to the North American solar market. He further said that inclusion of ClearPeak’s team of professionals in his company will add value to its existing team of financial and project management professionals. He said that a mix of the network access of ClearPeak with the investment capabilities of his company will work wonders to increase the number of utility level and commercial scale solar system installations.

Enfinity retained the services of Bob Hopper and Brian Lynch the co-founders of ClearPeak by appointing them as Senior Vice Presidents in Enfinity. The company is looking forward to utilizing the wide industry net work access of the officials.
