Delta Energy Systems, a solar inverter solutions providing company, has offered its clients one more monitoring option for their PV installations. Till now the clients utilizing its SOLIVIA Solar Inverters were able to use only the Safer´Sun monitoring solution provided by Meteocontrol. Now Delta has added the Solare Datensysteme manufactured Solar-LogTM product line in the monitoring options for supervising the PV installations.
The monitoring solutions play a vital role in the energy harvest from the solar installations. Continuous monitoring and supervising of the installations increases the operative consistency of the solar PV facilities and the monitoring solutions provide instant alerts in case of breakdown in power production. The monitoring solutions also feature graphic and tabular analysis facilities for accurate production of daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reports. While Delta sells the Meteocontrol produced Safer´Sun products, the Solar-LogTM products can be bought from Solare Datensysteme directly.
The new monitoring solutions such as the Solar-Log1000, Solar-Log500 and Solar-Log200 can be utilized along with all the models of European String and Central Inverters manufactured by Delta. The number of inverters supported by each monitoring system for operational purposes will vary. The Solar-Log1000 can sustain up to 100 inverters, the Solar-Log500 can monitor up to 10 inverters while the Solar-Log200 will manage the functions of just one inverter. While all the monitoring models can be managed utilizing a networked web support, the Solar-Log1000 and the Solar-Log500 can be controlled through the supervising product display.
