Rocky Mountain Power Supports Fourth Street Clinic’s Solar Panel Installation

Rocky Mountain Power announced that it has provided funding to the solar project of the Fourth Street Clinic. The project involves installing solar panels to power the heating and air conditioning systems of the clinic.

The solar panels will provide about 50% of the power needed by the systems. The clinic will use the savings in electricity to benefit the patients.

Rocky Mountain Power has granted $58,000 to the Fourth Street Clinic, under its Blue Sky program. The Fourth Street Clinic is situated in Salt Lake City. It provides service to the homeless people in Utah.

The community manager of Rocky Mountain Power, Alene Bentley, said that the company is pleased to fund the solar project of the Fourth Street Clinic from the Blue Sky program, which was made possible by about 34,000 participating customers.
