EcoloCap Solutions, a pioneer in alternative energy solutions, declared that it has signed a contract with Triad Constructors for the sales, installation, distribution and commissioning of NPW biodiesel processing units, which are to be sold all through North America.
Triad is a company, which designs and builds facilities for biodiesel or other renewable fuel production. Triad was chosen by EcoloCap mainly because of the management team’s vast experience in the biodiesel industry.
Mark Johnston, Triad’s President, has been actively participating in industrial construction activities for almost 30 years with the last eleven years in the renewable fuel segment. Johnston has successfully built and designed four plants in the Missouri region and accomplished mechanical and equipment installations in three other plants since the year 2006. Moreover he has also rendered advice to various groups on site selection, plant design and technology selection.
The NPW system, which was sold to R3 Energy in Kansas would be commissioned by Triad Constructors and will form the basis for all the future transactions of the NPW technology. EcoloCap’s CEO and President, Michael Siegel, revealed that it has taken a long time to market this technology and this has now been accomplished by forming a partnership with Triad. The company was highly excited at the value addition to the operations. Further, Triad would employ its large network in the Biodiesel industry to create newer markets for the technology, which would assist the biodiesel industry to become sustainable. Triad constructors representing EcoloCap would also be the authorized agent with respect to any warranty and repair concerns for operators and plant owners. It would also work in close conjunction with EcoloCap in creating positive ROI opportunities in the sales process.
