Salamon and SPFM to Acquire Solar Power Charging Station

The Salamon Group has declared that it is planning to acquire a solar energy project of General Motors from Sunlogics, a solar power charging station builder.

The acquisition of the Sunlogics Power Management Fund (SPFM) is in the concluding stages by the Salamon Group and they have agreed to purchase the project for the new volt electric car. According to the CEO of Salamon, Michael Matvieshen this purchase was the first acquisition by the SPFM Fund and would be the first solar charging station constructed for the Volt vehicles.

The relationship with Sunlogics would facilitate Salamon and SPFM to proceed further in its plans to become a key financier and owner of North America- based Solar Energy Projects with the focus on projects purchased from Sunlogics’ GM projects. GM has chosen Sunlogics to supply to all the GM dealers, solar charging stations and also to construct solar parks at other sites owned by GM. Matvieshen mentioned that these installations would offer revenue on a long term basis mainly by the sales of the excess power to the grid via North American Programs.
