EVSO, Dihzahyn Ink MOU for Solar Panels

Evolution Solar (EVSO), an alternative solar energy technology company, and Dihzahyn, an organization that retrofits green energy technology in childcare centers, sign a memorandum of understanding for solar panels.

EVSO is to supply Dihzahyn with solar power equipment that include solar panels, control boxes, power inverters and related equipment necessary for retrofitting childcare centers. According to the potential agreement, Dihzahyn is to select the appropriate projects and handle the design, as well as the implementation of the solar panel projects. EVSO and Dihzahyn are likely to begin their cooperation with a Brazoria County retrofitting project.

EVSO is negotiating a collaborative training program in alternative energy with Career Transition Center to help the unemployed and dislocated workers in the Greater Houston area. These projects should aid the company in competing against others in the growing energy industry.
