GreenEarth CHP Melbourne

Greenearth had signed a Conditional Distribution Agreement with ZenithSolar for  testing of the technology, which has been named ZenithSolar Z20. This would be conducted in 2011 in Victoria. The site for the demonstration project is at 69 Fennell Street at Port Melbourne and it has been selected for allowing prospective investors, offtake customers and project developers an easy access to the technology. The proposed site would contain eight Z20 units, which would generate 36 kW electrical energy and 88kW thermal energy

The company is at present scrutinizing hot water and electricity offtake options in the region, along with the possibility of supplying hot water to the Ambulance Victoria Melbourne Branch, which is situated just opposite to the demonstration site. This planned Victorian ZenithSolar Z20 demonstration would be the first demonstration site of its kind located outside Israel.
