BELECTRIC Trading to Sell Solar Frontier's CIS modules

BELECTRIC Trading has made an agreement with Solar Frontier to sell and install Solar Frontier’s CIS modules, capable of generating power in the range of three-digit megawatts.

The CIS modules will be developed mainly at Solar Frontier’s Japan-based new plant. The modules offer a significant benefit of linking economical development with a major environmental technology.

BELECTRIC Trading will work along with the sales and support team of Solar Frontier for effectively applying its experience in building solar installations as well as offering sophisticated thin-film products to their clients.

Martin Zembsch, Managing Director of BELECTRIC Trading Germany, has stated that they visited Solar Frontier’s new plant in Japan and firmly confirmed that the CIS modules of Solar Frontier are ultimate products for their customers. He mentioned that the collaboration will serve as a significant move towards a booming future for their company. He said that significant decision factors included the giga-scale generation ability of the plant, European Solar Frontier team’s proficient sales support and consultancy. He added that the collaboration between both the companies will enable them to promote the CIS modules in the European thin-film segment.

According to Wolfgang Lange, Managing Director of Solar Frontier Europe, BELECTRIC Trading is a major collaborator in their European expansion initiatives with an unmatched proficiency and reputation. He added that the agreement is the beginning of an enduring mutual aid and initially they will focus on supplying power in the range of three-digit megawatts for another three years.
