Astronergy, an integrated solar PV modules manufacturer, declared that the crystalline PV modules of the company have successfully undergone the mist, salt and corrosion tests performed by Intertek and obtained the Intertek IEC 61701 certification.
The performed tests amply display the capabilities of the modules in enduring tough natural environs while providing quality performance. Till date, only three module producing companies including Astronergy have passed the tests and achieved the Intertek certification for their products.
The salt spray test of Intertek has proved that the PV modules manufactured by Astronergy will continue to uphold increased level of power production performance when erected in coastal locations with increased levels of acidity, fog and rain. According to Thomas Koerner, Astronergy’s head of product management and marketing, the solar products produced by the company are designed to withstand the installation environs of different market locations.
According to Alan Yuan, Senior Vice President of Astronergy, the certification tests of Intertek are valued and the results are recognized as correct by the clients in Europe as well as in International locations. Enduring and passing out such grueling tests amply proves the ability of the Astronergy solar PV modules to perform in adverse locations and conditions and will help the company to grow in global markets.
