Petra Solar, a clean technology company, based at South Plainfield, NJ, has declared the expansion of its SunWave Energy Solutions in global markets.
Initially, the company has installed a pilot project in Australia, which includes its SunWave Energy Solution. The pilot project, a program of Magnetic Island Solar Suburb is being attempted by Ergon Energy as a segment of Townsville Queensland Solar City project. For the purpose of evaluating the power production efficiency and its consistency and for observing the grid operations, Ergon Energy has erected the SunWave Energy Solution over three rooftops in Magnetic Island.
The SunWave Energy Solution meant for global markets has received CE, IEC62109, G83, AS/NZS3100 and AS4777 certifications signifying its readiness to meet the electrical compliance and safety standards needed to perform along with global power grids.
The system includes a new Smart Energy Module (SEM) considered to be the central part of the SunWave system that converts the DC power of solar photovoltaic into 230 V AC power. The system reliably supports the power grids in international regions such as the Middle East, Europe and Pacific Rim.
The SunWave Energy Solution provided by Petro Solar also has reactive power injection capabilities to uphold the voltage stability of the grid when the solar power generation is on the rise. This exclusive technology of the SunWave systems assists during the period of intermittent or excess solar power generation to sustain the grid power supply and consistency of the service.
