Hallmark-Southwest, in order to cater to the growing demand for energy efficient green homes, has announced the availability of Net-Zero Solar Home Technology for home buyers.
The option allows the new home buyers to have an inbuilt solar green energy production facility in their new homes.
The home building company in addition to providing a solar PV installation at the new homes also accomplishes Net-Zero energy efficiency for its clients by including facilities such as efficient heating and cooling systems, patented type of ventilation systems, right type of insulation, solar hot water systems, tank-less water heaters and on-demand hot water facility. To increase the thermal efficiency within the construction, the buildings are constructed compact and use programmable type of thermostats, flexible low-e-energy vinyl windows and energy efficient lighting.
Luca Brammer, Hallmark-Southwest’s Director of Business Development, stated that the company has made the homes energy efficient by utilizing its own developed technology without changing the lifestyles of the people living in the homes. He added that only a limited number of solar panels are utilized to achieve Net-Zero efficiency at its constructions.
