Biesterfeld Spezialchemie will provide its industrial know-how and technical support to clients located in Central European countries, Switzerland, Austria, Germany and independent states such as Kazakhstan, Georgia, Azerbaijan and Armenia.
Dow Corning announced its global distribution network expansion plans following its latest investment strategies, which include a proposal to install an Exploration & Development Center in Seneffe, Belgium at an investment of around $13 million. The proposed center will facilitate client participation, product innovation and research and development.
Being the only company to offer silicon-based solutions for the PV value chain, Dow Corning is currently making investments to improve its total solar solution offerings for module assembly, solar cell production and deployment. The solutions packages are constructed using silicon products such as latest solar grade silicon, sealants, potting agents, coatings, adhesives and encapsulants.
