The energy conserving features installed in the building enabled it to recycle and use 100% of its gray water for irrigation and to cut down nearly 30% of its total water usage. The recycling efforts deployed in the building have brought down the level of wastes sent to landfills. The building includes features that provide safer, healthier and more protected working environment. The location of the building offers easy reach to public transportation facilities and bike trails.
