OSM Solarform to Integrate iEnergy Micro-inverters to its Solar Modules

OSM Solarform and Forterra Environmental have announced that iEnergy will award OSM Solarform an exclusive master license contract to integrate OSM Solarform's PV modules with advanced micro-inverters and power optimizers from iEnergy to cater to the Caribbean and Canadian markets.

iEnergy micro-inverters are assembled in Ontario and satisfy the Provincial content requirements. They convert the solar module’s DC power output into AC power thus making it ideal for grid connection. OSM, by combining its dual line of Juli New Energy and Symphony Energy modules, offers a plug-and-play AC module kit to the Canadian solar community with the help of AS Solar, its strategic distributor who is located in Uxbridge Ontario.

Key features of the AC module kit from OSM powered using iEnergy’s advanced micro inverter include higher panel output gains of 5 to 25%, enhanced system reliability and uptime of about 99.5%, BOS and labor saving of 15 to 30%. It eliminates the conventional issue of single point of failure, has improved monitoring and reporting per module and also features better safety.

OSM Solarform will be an exclusive licensee and will support sales and marketing activities of iEnergy products. The strategic partnership between the companies is expected to diversify OSM's product ranges, which will in turn help in offering the best micro inverters to the solar communities in Caribbean and Canadian countries.
