American Solar, a design-build firm specializing in solar electric power and solar hot water systems and roofing, has extended its partnership with Keystone Homes, a privately-owned company dedicated on building new homes, to install solar systems at the Rancho Madera community in Cave Creek, Arizona. Both the companies have collaborated earlier on Ironwood Village solar installation project in Casa Grande, Arizona.
Rancho Madera is a community comprising 46 homes and located at Black Mountain. The new homes in the community are available in three different models and they can be customized with a wide range of choices and upgrades, including solar systems from American Solar. The new energy efficient homes provide value-added benefits to buyers. They can select the size of the solar electric system at the time of purchase. The sizes of the solar systems offered by American Solar include 1.9, 3.04, 3.8 and 5.13 kW. The grand opening event of the unique Rancho Madera community will take place on March 3 and March 4, 2012.
American Solar collaborates with major homebuilders in Arizona to establish solar communities. The company makes the solar installation process easier for homebuyers and homebuilders via its “Solar Made Simple” program.
Rich Eneim, Jr., VP of Keystone Homes, stated that through the partnership with American Solar, the company is able to provide its customers the opportunity to easily install their solar electric systems in their new homes.
