Rigid Global Buildings, which provides metal buildings and roofs to industrial sector, has introduced a solar system for the building sector.
The solar system is available with all the tools required for installation and integration which also include electrical drawings. The solar system produces clean energy immediately after the installation.
Rigid’s solar modules are available in two versions, PV laminate modules and crystalline modules. The PV laminate modules are mounted to an upright seam metal roof panel by peel and stick method, which offers a roof system without any penetration and makes the roof attractive.
The crystalline modules are also mounted to an upright seam metal roof panel using specifically modeled clips and offer a penetration free roof system. For traditional roofs, a racking system can be used.
For optimum performance, the solar system must be installed at a place, where it can receive more sunlight. For specific projects, the size of the solar system is decided by the direction of the roof angle and the square footage. Designers can determine the proper place for solar system installation at the beginning stages of projects.
The company offers solar systems at a range between 0.7 kWp and 250+ kWp. It offers SOLAR READY metal buildings even for projects located in regions, which are unfavorable for solar system installation and have low incentive programs. Solar arrays can be installed later on when incentives prove viable for solar installation.
