Vanguard Energy Partners, a company specializing in design and construction of solar systems, has declared that it has concluded the construction of a rooftop solar array at its corporate head office, situated at Branchburg in New Jersey.
The company has recently completed the highest solar array worldwide and started building its own 134.16 kW roof mount solar system in August 2011. All the products used for constructing the roof top installation were produced in the US.
Jim LaFleur, who serves as the CEO of Vanguard Energy Partners, stated that the whole team is extremely pleased by this project. He added that the solar system will produce clean energy to meet more than 90% of electricity requirements for the facility.
The solar system, which has been designed and constructed by Vanguard, is calculated to generate 165,280 kWh of clean energy during the first year. This energy production is equal to conserving 24.3 ac of pine forests or reducing the usage of 12,777 gal of gasoline.
A national construction company, Vanguard Energy Partners focuses on construction and maintenance of commercial solar systems. The company is developing fast with more than 50 MW of solar projects under different stages of development from 2003. Further, Energy Maintenance Solutions, a division of Vanguard Energy Partners monitors and maintains more than 55 MW of solar projects.
