Leading Experts Attend Opening Ceremony of 'Renewable Energy Korea 2012'

'Renewable Energy Korea 2012' (hereafter REK 2012) is held from Oct. 9th-12th at COEX, KOREA. It's hosted by Ministry of Knowledge Economy and organized by Korea Energy Management Corporation.

At the opening ceremony, lots of leading figures in related industry attended including Sang-beom Kim, vice-minister of Ministry of Knowledge Economy, to give best wishes for successful exhibition.

'Renewable Energy Korea 2012' is expected to be a great opportunity to grasp the current state of energy-related industries by being hosted with 'The 32th Korea Green Energy Show' together.

In particular, this exhibition encompassing 'Renewable Energy' called 'The fourth generation Energy' and 'Energy Saving' called 'The fifth generation Energy' is anticipated to provide the vision for energy-related problems and to contribute to diffusing of the energy saving culture.

Approximately 230 companies including Samsung Electronics, LG Electronics, Hyundai Heavy Industry, Posco Energy and others offer a variety of interesting attractions by displaying cutting edge products, equipment, R&D fruit.

In addition, various additional events are run such as RPS Seminar, Business Consulting, Policy Forum to support overseas expansion of Korean domestic companies, 'Renewable Energy Award', and others.

Meanwhile, 'B2B market place' and 'Export Consulting with Buyer' running by KOTRA and Korean Trade Association, are drawing lots of attention from participating companies.

Above these, 'Green Energy Job Fair 2012' held with 'REK 2012' together hosted by Seoul-si and supported by Ministry of Knowledge Economy is expected to contribute to creating job opportunity.
