Ludemann Group's custom home division has completed the construction of its 6,646 heated square feet French Country model home, known as the Sales Center, on lot 3 of Montreux Old World Estates, a luxury home community in South Charlotte. Fully equipped with cutting-edge Icynene(R) spray-on foam insulation, the Sales Center will be on display for one year.
Icynene(R) spray-on foam insulation prevents outdoor pollutants and allergens from entering homes. It provides quality air-sealing control that secures insulation with an air leakage rating of less than 0.1 ACHnat, exceeding standard insulation with an average air leakage rating of 0.55 ACHnat. With these capabilities, Icynene(R) can decrease a home's energy consumption by half.
By demonstrating green building practices and furnishing the home with eco-friendly products, Ludemann Group owner Troy Ludemann has set a high standard in Montreux Estates.
