Primozone was last night awarded the South Swedish Cleantech Award. The prize is awarded by Sustainable Business Hub, an organization who works for the promotion of companies with a high environmental profile.
The award was presented during the Cleantech Day and was handed over to Anders Schening, CEO at Primozone, with the following justification:
"Primozone is an excellent example of a young, growing cleantech company. The company has patented a cost efficient solution to ozone generation. With this solution the company works on a large global market for water treatment. Primozone have established an extensive commercial break through during the past year – sales increased with almost 70% from 2010 to 2011 and so did the number of employees”.
Primozone has continued to increase sales in 2012 and has an increasing number of prestigious installations on both the municipal, industrial and aquaculture markets. Ozone solutions from Primozone are for example installed at Yorkshire Waters new water treatment plant in York, UK, at different fish farms run by Salmar Settefisk in Norway and at Bell Aquaculture the largest yellow perch farm in the US. Primozone also has installations in for example Korea, Brazil and many countries in Europe.
