Universal Bioenergy Inc., (UBRG), a publicly traded independent diversified energy company, that markets and distributes natural gas, electricity, petroleum and coal, announced that its subsidiary, NDR Energy Group was awarded new a contract to supply natural gas to a major electric power utility customer. The contract is projected to generate several million dollars in additional revenue.

The contract was awarded by a large municipally owned utility that provides economical, reliable electric and natural gas service within its service territory in the Midwestern, United States.

Ken Harris, NDR Energy Group's, President and CEO says, "We continue to engage new customers at an accelerated pace. I applaud the sales department for their diligent efforts. We continue to grow our sales presence across the country with both private and public utilities."

Our agreement with the customer limits us from disclosing their name and some details. For the last few months, NDR Energy Group has broken new sales records in terms of the volumes of natural gas. We project that NDR Energy Group should sell more natural gas to our existing and growing customer base, than in all of the prior years of the Company's operations. The Company is making some major changes in its product offerings as we expand further in the national and international energy markets. We will also be making some announcements very soon regarding some transactions we are working on, and some other events that we believe could have a very positive effect on the Company, and generate higher revenues, produce solid earnings, increase our stock price and improve our marketcap."
