Academic researchers and representatives from across the landscape industry are meeting at the University of Bristol this week to discuss how to improve the sustainability of managed landscapes.
The one day conference, organised by scientists from the School of Biological Sciences in collaboration with the Cabot Institute, is aimed at landscape architects, landscape planners, academic researchers, industry researchers, environmental practitioners (local councils, charities) and anyone else with an interest in the sustainable management of landscapes.
The aim of the conference is to develop cross-sector approaches to tackle the challenge of developing sustainable approaches to landscape management through integrated research, design and management.
