XChanger Receives US Patent for HVAC Energy Efficiency Technology

XChanger Companies, Inc., announced it has received its first of multiple patents from the United States Patent Office for its HVAC, energy efficiency technology. Their products have consistently been shown to increase the energy efficiency of a building's heating and cooling systems by more than 30 percent.

The technology is applicable for any forced air system and is currently in use in commercial, manufacturing and residential platforms. The company was founded by Doug Newcomer and Bryan Levy who have more than 50 years of combined residential and commercial construction experience. The founders of the company share a unique understanding of HVAC systems and the challenges associated with maximizing heating and cooling performance, while reducing energy cost and consumption.

"What we have is a technology that allows property owners to greatly reduce their HVAC energy costs," said Bryan J. Levy, president of XChanger Companies, Inc. "If you are using a forced air system, we can save you money. It's that simple."

The technology was originally tested at UL Laboratories and after several installments and cycles of data verification, XChanger began its attempt to receive patent protection. The technology is ideally suited and shows the greatest impact in large commercial and industrial spaces but will also improve the efficiency of a structure as small as a residential home.

Levy continued, "This product offers the HVAC industry something it has lacked; the ability to increase efficiency, offer greater comfort, reduce energy costs and still be able to meet the challenges of the consumer's facility. That's our goal on every project; to achieve the best possible result, at the greatest savings to our client, and this technology allows us to do just that."

The unique ability of the XChanger system to manage air flow in real time is what sets the technology apart from other air management systems. It is the only product on the market today that manages air stratification through independent delivery and reversal of air flow in each and every HVAC aperture in a facility. This product is proving itself as an entirely new category in building energy savings.
