VTT to Develop Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Sources in Vietnam

Finnish development co-operation in a form of technology transfer

VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland is leading a development co-operation project that aims at development of energy efficiency and use of renewable energy sources in Vietnam. The target is also on technology transfer and enhancing the Vietnamese energy auditing, as well as helping to build the energy strategy of Vietnam. The project is a part of the larger goal of transfering Finnish technology know-how and improving energy efficiency in developing countries.

Cooperation partners of VTT are Motiva Oy, the Finnish Environment Institute SYKE, Hanoi University of Technology and the Vietnamese authorities. The project is funded by the Foreign Ministry of Finland.
