Innovative Solar Systems to Partner with Investor to Raise Capital Needed for U.S. Expansion

Innovative Solar Systems, LLC (ISS), is a large developer of utility scale solar PV systems in the USA and John E. Green, CEO for ISS, has announced preparations for a large capital raise. With close to 2GW of projects its current pipeline, ISS plans to expand that pipeline to 5GW in the next 24-36 months. There are few, if any, solar farm companies in the U.S. with the magnitude of projects that ISS has in the company's pipeline.

ISS has had an extensive track record in states like North Carolina where the company currently has several large solar farms under construction in the Eastern US: (1) 75MW project, (2) 80 MW projects, several 50 MW, 35MW and many 2MW and 5MW deals in N.C.

To take the company's new projects through later stages of development, ISS will partner with an investor to raise the capital needed for such expansion. That will allow ISS to expand into more than twelve other key states and take the company's large pipeline of projects through to commercial operation. The partner will have full preferential access to the pipeline of projects, and will be provided an attractive return rate over the period of their investment.
