For budget-conscious small and mid-size businesses that want to make a splash with vivid, professional quality colour documents without breaking the bank, Xerox Canada has launched its lowest-price colour laser printer yet.
Starting at only $389 CAD, the Phaser 6125 delivers high quality prints at up to 12 pages per minute in colour and 16 pages per minute in black and white, using Xerox's energy-efficient Emulsion Aggregation High Gloss Toner, which uses less toner on the page than traditional toner. Such capabilities make the Phaser 6125 ideal for businesses such as insurance agencies, marketing firms, and contractors that depend on colour to enhance their customer communications.
"Xerox is committed to designing and developing office technology products that meet the needs of offices small to large," said Ajay Dhingra, vice president, Reseller Operations, Xerox Canada. "The Phaser 6125 delivers high-impact colour printing on a small-business budget, while still respecting the environment."
The Phaser 6125 is simple to use. It comes with pre-installed toner cartridges so that users can begin printing right away. With a faster 333MHz processor, network capability, and more available memory - up to 1 GB - than competitive colour printers, the Phaser 6125 enables busy offices to speed through jobs like spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations and complex documents with graphics and charts.
The printer uses Xerox's CentreWare(R) IS software to alert users to printer problems via pop-up messages on their computer. In addition, gauges on the front panel of the device display warnings such as whether more toner will be needed to complete a large print job. The printer also includes a 250-sheet paper tray, and prints on a wide variety of media types and sizes including labels, card stock, business cards and envelopes.
