The combustion efficiency of the Hargassner 70kW boiler is above 93 percent, both at part and full loads. Ignition occurs automatically with the help of a hot air fan when the primary air is pulled into boiler through the grate.

The Hargassner 70kW wood pellet boiler incorporates a grate that is self cleaning. The grate sends the ash to the front ash box through an extraction auger. The wood boiler, offered by Wood Energy, also features an automatic boiler cleaning system that cleans fly ash residues from the walls. The cleaned ash residues fall into the extraction system.

The Hargassner 70kW wood pellet boiler comprises a lambda sensor that makes adjustments to the air-fuel ratio based on the quality of wood pellet. At every regular interval, the ash is pushed into a conveyor auger from the sliding grate. Then the ash is sent to the ash box in the front. The operating temperature of the wood pellet boiler is 95 degrees Celsius. The boiler measures 1,700 x 1,450 x 1,290mm, while its weight is 1,135kg.
