S_03 Monocrystalline Solar Modules Protect from Ultraviolet Radiation

Aleo Solar manufactures both monocrystalline and polycrystalline modules. A type of monocrystalline module produced by the company includes the S_03 solar module. This module is available in various output class specifications that range from 150 to 170 watts. Each S_03 module comprises 72 monocrystalline silicon cells, which measure 125 x 125mm.

The monocrystalline cells of the S_03 solar module are embedded in ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) to provide protection against ultraviolet radiation. The pre-stressed glass in the front panel of this solar module protects cells from snow, hail and ice. The S_03 solar module consists of a polymer backsheet that offers durability and insulation. Corrosion-resistant firm aluminum alloy is used as the frame of this photovoltaic module to provide stability. Due to this frame construction, this solar module can be mounted in different configurations.

To avoid overheating of the individual monocrystalline cells, the S_03 solar module is equipped with bypass diodes that are fitted in the junction box at the back. Solar plugs and two 1.1-meter solar cables are pre-fitted in the module to facilitate the connection of additional solar modules in a series. This monocrystalline module features a black surface, which makes it suitable for dark roof surfaces. The dimensions of the S_03 solar module are 1600 x 800 x 50mm, and it weighs 16kgs.
