610V Aero turbines to work in Minimum Wind Speed

Aerotecture International manufactures the 610V Aeroturbine that is designed especially for urban settings. The components of the wind turbine are housed within a steel cage that measures 6 x 10 feet. The aeroturbine includes airfoils and one helical rotor. The wind turbine also features an alternator attached to it. The urban wind turbine can either be ballasted or bolted down. The aeroturbine is designed for vertical mounting that enables the turbine to perform well in all wind directions.

The 610V Aeroturbine is custom made to suit the building’s architecture. The wind turbine works effectively in a minimum wind speed of 10 miles per hour. Including the alternator, the aeroturbine weighs about 450 pounds. As the urban setting wind turbine is modular, it can be stacked if additional power generation is required. The aeroturbine has a standard overall height of 20 feet. The wind turbine can be installed by attaching to the building. It can also be installed away from or above obstructions and surrounding trees.

The 610V Aeroturbine is suitable for commercial, residential, and institutional buildings. The rated wind speed of the wind turbine is 32 miles per hour and the cut in wind speed is 6.3 miles per hour. The survival wind speed of the aeroturbine is above 90 miles per hour. The wind turbine has rated 159RPM with maximum RPM of 297.5 with the load.
