Western Pennsylvania Geothermal Heating and Cooling supplies the ClimateMaster THW Water to Water geothermal heat pump. The heat pump can be used for snow or ice melting, radiant floor heating, pool heating, spa heating, domestic water heating, and other applications. The water to water heat pump includes advanced features, providing silent operation, and high temperature. The geothermal heat pump is available in different sizes to suit different installations. When used for radiant floor heating, the heat pump can save 15 to 20 percent of fuel than forced air systems.
The geothermal heat pump provides silent and ductless radiant floor heating. The THW Water to Water geothermal heat pump has the ability to supply chilled water to small fan coil units to provide zoned forced air cooling. The heat pump can be set for higher temperatures. The heat pump system does not feature radiators, registers, or baseboard units that can obstruct design plans, wall décor or furniture.
The THW Water to Water geothermal heat pump is equipped with Copeland scroll compressor. The heat pump produces little or no carbon dioxide emissions. The refrigerant and water lines, and compressor section of the heat pump are completely insulated. The cabinet of the heat pump is made from steel with a powder coating. The geothermal heat pump includes a few moving parts. The heat pump supplies 75 to 80 percent of heat generated directly from earth.
