The SMART SMM Series solar modules are an alternative to oversized or inflexible glass-modules. They are designed with V4A high-grade steel. The solar modules are available in smaller sizes, and they are light in weight. When they are screwed or stuck onto a flat surface, these modules can be walked on or shaped to curved surfaces. As these photovoltaic modules are made of synthetic foil, users need not fear of broken glass. The SMM Series solar modules are made with high power solar cells obtained from space technology, and they use 1.5m connecting cable.

The SMART SMM Series solar modules have stainless steel back plate. The SM 40M model has a maximum power capacity of 40Wp. It has a system voltage of 12V and a peak voltage of 18.0V. The open circuit voltage and short circuit current of this solar module are 21.6V and 2.3A, respectively. This solar module is made of 36 poly cells. It measures a length of 740mm, width of 450mm and a height of 2mm, and weighs 3.9kg.
