Hamech Wood Chip Burning Central Heating Boilers

The Hamech wood chip burning central heating boiler is also known as automated wastewood combustion set (AZSD). It burns wastewood, sawdust, shavings and bark. When dry fuel is used, this biomass boiler must be humidified. This wood chip boiler is capable of heating an area from 300 to 6,500m2. The AZSD-50 wood chip boiler has an automatically controlled combustion process. The combustion process program can be set manually using handwheels. The controlling process is based on the humidity of wastewood, wood granulation, and heat demand.

The AZSD-50 wood chip boiler is equipped with a water-temperature sensor at the outlet. Once the required temperature is achieved, this boiler stops the fuel from going into pre-furnace. The anti-fire device prevents backfire to the tank. This central heating boiler supplied by Advantage Home Energy incorporates a rotational feeder to stop excess of fuel going into pre-furnace. It has a nominal heat output of 5kW. The tank has a capacity of 0.65/1.5m3. The AZSD-50 has a weight of 400/600kg.
