Genersys 1450 Evacuated Flat Plate Solar Collectors Consume Minimum Energy

The Genersys 1450 evacuated flat plate solar collector is a vertically-mounted collector having no collection pipes. It is placed in a forged metal casing covered with a safety solar glass and fixed by means of non-corrosive aluminum frame. This solar collector has a glass frame along with an integral grove to fasten the collector to the roof. The low-reflection transparent solar glass contains thermically pre-stressed white glass. Northstar Energy supplies and installs solar panels and solar heating systems.

The Genersys 1450 evacuated flat plate solar collector includes a meandering heat transfer pipe, which contains compression-proof copper piping. The one piece construction (Al-Mg) is combined with a vacuum-proof design to provide a longer service life. The vacuum ring is sealed with an age-resistant and heat-resistant material. The stamped Al-Mg sheet absorber fins, with the conversion layer, are utilized to extend the copper pipe meander. The flanged connection pipes incorporated with this solar collector can be linked to the hydraulic circuit through patented connection clamps.

The Genersys 1450 evacuated flat plate solar collector requires a floor space of 2.03m2 and an absorbing surface of 1.76m2. The linkage measures 1,024 x 2,040mm. The operating temperature of this solar collector is above 100 degrees Celsius. This evacuated flat plate collector has an efficiency of 81% and it weighs 48kg. It has an average output of 1,400kW per annum. This flat plate collector is designed to produce heat with minimum energy consumption and without polluting the environment.
