Thermorossi manufactures the Ecotherm Insert 49 fireplace that uses wood and pellet as fuel. The wood fireplace comprises a hot air channeling system, and it is suitable for installation in unused fireplaces. The pellet fireplace is compact in size, yet has the ability to heat multiple rooms with the help of the channeling system. The fireplace allows refilling of fuel even during operation.
The Ecotherm Insert 49 pellet fireplace consists of a hopper with a capacity to hold 12kg of wood pellets. Once filled, the hopper can provide fuel for full day burning. Otherwise, a feed chute can be fixed at the front or side of the smoke hood to load the fuel. The fireplace also includes a telescopic guide that can be used to slide the pellets into the appliance. The base of the pellet fireplace is adjustable and it is included with an optional fuel feed chute.
The installation of the wood burning fireplace does not need traditional flue outlet and a direct smoke exhaust is enough. The Ecotherm Insert 49 pellet fireplace can heat an area of 216 cubic meters. The maximum combustion efficiency of the fireplace is 86 percent. The other features of the wood fireplace include remote control, high temperature safety thermostat, forced ventilation, voice function, weekly programmer, and temperature control. The dimensions of the fireplace are 490 x 681 x 500mm, while the weight is 113kg.
