Flexera has completed various solar hot water system installation projects. The installation of the solar hot water system at Rehoboth was aimed at decreasing energy costs. The system installed was the Gobi brand of solar hot water system. A total of three Gobi solar hot water collectors were installed at Rehoboth by Flexera that saved a considerable amount of money. The house was heated using two separate solar hot water systems and the solar panels were split among these two to facilitate efficient heating of water in different parts of the house.
The solar hot water system installation project completed by Flexera comprised the installation of the three Gobi 408 solar hot water collectors, a dual holding tank system and a separate backup unit to provide uninterrupted operation. This hot water system installation also resulted in the elimination of 15,545 pounds of carbon dioxide emissions. It was inferred that a substantial amount of energy could be saved on installation of a solar hot water system in the house.
Some of the other solar hot water installation projects completed by Flexera include the installation of solar hot water system in Wenona, Harbeson project and solar power house project that included installation of both solar hot water system and photovoltaic systems.
