Clean Coal Technologies Signs Technology Licensing Agreement with INK Global Consulting to Build Clean Coal Plants in India

Clean Coal Technologies and INK Global Consulting have entered into a Technology Licensing Agreement for constructing clean coal plants in India by using Clean Coal Technologies’ patented technology. This was announced by President & Chief Executive Officer Doug Hague of Clean Coal Technologies.

INK Global Consulting represents a group of India interests, who will be executing the clean coal plants in India including its construction and operation. Several partners have agreed to implement the clean coal technologies to underscore its commitment to reduce greenhouse gases and to save the environment. INK Global has headquarters both in Chicago and India.

Clean Coal Technologies will receive a one-time licensing fee that is based on production increments of one million metric tons from INK Global under the terms of agreement. INK Global has committed to build 10 million ton capacity per annum for ten years for a total of 100 million tons in the agreement. A royalty payment to Clean Coal Technologies for processing each ton of lignite is also included in the agreement. Revenues from the licensing agreement are expected within 45 days.

Clean Coal Technologies’ executives are delighted with their technology being selected for this important initiative to meet India’s environmental and pollution challenges. This agreement will help Clean Coal Technologies to establish itself as a leading supplier of clean technology solutions.
