The door of the stove is equipped with a spinning primary air wheel that provides maximum control of the burning rate. The small wood burning stove has the capacity to hold a maximum log size of 330mm. The Cleanburn airwash system of the biomass stove uses pre-heated air for combustion. This minimizes emissions and keeps the glass clean.

The Charnwood Country 4 wood burning stove features the brass secondary air control at the top. On demand, the stove can be fitted with a multi fuel riddling grate that facilitates mixed fuel burning and easy removal of ash. A full view of the fire is obtained through the large ceramic glass panel in the door. The door can be opened safely with the help of a wooden handle.

The Charnwood Country 4 wood burning stove is available with various optional accessories such as a domestic hot water boiler, a plain style front fence, a reciprocating grate, an ash carrier, a vertical rear flue connector, and a clip on shelf. The wood burning stove, provided by Woodburner Warehouse, comes in a choice of eight colors. The output of the optional boiler is 7500 British thermal units per hour.
