Alternative Energy Solutions Offers FMT-F25 Hot Air Gasifiers

Alternative Energy Solutions has developed five types of energy systems using biomass, namely, hot air generators, hot water generators, steam generators, cooling and refrigeration, and electricity. The biomass hot air generators offered by the company are designed to heat industrial areas by using alternate biomass fuels. These gasifiers designed by Uniconfort utilize biomass gasification technology to minimize emission and to maximize the usage of fuel. The Uniconfort hot air gasifiers are available in different models with varied output capacities.

FMT/F25 Hot Air Gasifier

The FMT/F25 hot air gasifier has a maximum heat output of 250,00kCal/h, 290kW and 990kBTU/h. The FMT/F25 has a maximum air flow of 20,000m3/h and 11,800cfm at 70 degree Celsius. This hot air generator offered by Alternative Energy Solutions is equipped with a heat exchanger, which is made of steel. This heat exchanger is designed to maximize the heat transfer. The plenums available at each end allow quick and easy cleaning.

The FMT/F25 hot air gasifier has proprietary automatic fuel handling and handles fuels up to 120% humidity. It is available in a modular design and uses central PLC control panel for controlling the system. This biomass hot air generator from Alternative Energy Solutions is completely automatic and is controlled thermostatically.
