Carbonization Processes for Green Applications from Airless Systems

Airless Systems conducts industrial processes such as carbonization, torrefaction and airless drying. With the help of the process of carbonization waste materials can be transformed into resalable products or carbonized fuels. Through this process, some wastes can also be converted into sources of clean energy.

During the carbonization process, a range of gases from the waste materials are given out. These can be tapped and controlled for use in the production of ethanol and methanol. These gases can also be used for other clean and renewable industrial drying applications. Another application of these gases is the generation of electricity. The overall mass of Municipal Solid Wastes (MSW) can be reduced by about 80 per cent with the help of the carbonization process from Airless Systems. Thus, these waste materials do not have to be sent to landfills and can instead be used for more green applications.

An advantage of this process is that landfill and transportation charges can be reduced by a considerable amount. Also, pollution and the spread of diseases can be prevented to a large extent.
