Charmaster Products manufactures a range of wood heating systems including the Chalet Wood with Controls. The wood furnace incorporates a firebox that measures 24 inches in length, 23 inches in width and 32 inches in height. The firebox is made with steel plate both on the sides, rear and front, and it is firebrick lined. The wood heating system has the ability to heat a maximum of 2,000 square feet, in cold region.
The Chalet Wood furnace is designed with a fully insulated cabinet that is made of 20 gauge steel. The cabinet is finished with baked almond enamel paint. As a standard, the wood burning heating system is provided with domestic hot water coil. The oil burner of the furnace is monitored by the cadmium cell flame detector. The wood heating system features automatic draft that is thermostatically controlled. The door of the furnace is made of extra heavy cast iron, featuring a positive lock. The furnace door measures 11 x 13 inches.
The Chalet Wood furnace includes a blower with 1/2 horse power capacity. The blower is provided with an optional rotary switch. The chimney for the furnace is provided separately. The wood heating system, offered by Charmaster Products, is also equipped with a Lennox gas furnace that has 80 percent efficiency. Gas furnace with 110,000 or 135,000 British thermal unit capacity is available. The dimensions of the wood furnace are 48 x 52 x 28 inches, with a weight of 740 pounds.
