Moose Mountain Geothermal supplies the Genesis GSW heat pump, manufactured by ClimateMaster. The water-to-water heat pump is designed for use in residential application. The geothermal heat pump can be used for cooling or pre-heating make-up air, ice melting, potable hot water generation, industrial process control, and other HVAC applications. It can also be used as a stand alone chiller or boiler in various hydronic heating applications, such as fan coil cooling or heating, and radiant floor heating.

Genesis GSW Geothermal Heat Pump

The Genesis GSW heat pump is available in different nominal capacities, such as 3, 5 and 10 tons. The geothermal heat pump is equipped with Copeland scroll compressors and R-22 refrigerant. The other features of the heat pump include compressor run LEDs, which makes troubleshooting simple, CXM microprocessor technology, external cabinet mounted fault, and balanced port thermal expansion valve that is bi-directional. The heat pump is suitable for geothermal as well as boiler-tower applications.

The cabinet of the heat pump is made of G90 galvanized steel. The Genesis GSW geothermal heat pump is coated with polyester powder paint. The heat pump, offered by Moose Mountain Geothermal, is also equipped with a TXV refrigerant metering device. With the double isolation compressor mounting system, the geothermal heat pump offers noiseless operation. The heat pump is provided with different options, such as DDC controls and double wall load heat exchangers.
