Parkland Geothermal offers Genesis geothermal heat pump from Next Energy Systems. The heat pump is available in different unit sizes, applications and configurations to suit various installation requirements. The water-to-water heat pump is specifically designed for radiant floor heating. The geothermal heat pump can also be used to heat outdoor walkways and driveways. In addition, the water-to-water heat pump is suitable for pool heating and hot tubs.
The Genesis water-to-water geothermal heat pump can be combined with a forced air unit to provide an effective cool and warm air distribution. This combination increases the efficiency as well as the capacity of the heat pump. The geothermal heat pump offers uniform space heating in winter, and higher dehumidification in summer. The heat pump, provided by Parkland Geothermal, does not include noisy outdoor fans, and so offers noise free operation.
The Genesis geothermal heat pump lasts for a longer time than the conventional systems. As the geothermal heat pump has a few moving parts, it requires less maintenance and provides longer durability. The geothermal loops of the system have a life expectancy of more than 50 years. When connected with a thermostat, the system alerts if it is not operating at its peak performance. The heat pump is included with an optional hot water generator that generates hot water, irrespective of the system, in cooling or heating mode.
