St. Croix SCF-050 Pellet Furnaces from Pellet Stove Fires

Pellet Stove Fires offers a range of green home heating systems including pellet stoves and pellet furnaces. The St. Croix pellet furnaces offered by the company are made by Even Temp. They are available in two models, namely, SCF-050 and the Revolution. The St. Croix SCF-050 pellet furnace is compatible with thermostat and multi-fuel, and follows the clinker removal system utilized in corn stoves.

The SCF-050 furnace incorporates a control board diagnostic system that operates as a flame detection system and shows the high temperature limit and the status of vacuum inside the firebox. It includes a fan with two speeds, in which the higher speed provides cooler air and the lower speed provides warmer air in a smooth flow. This wood pellet furnace offered by Pellet Stove Fires has a maximum heat input from 15,300 to 45,000 BTU. It can heat an area of 1,800sq.ft. The capacity of the convection blower ranges from 600 to 800cfm.

The hopper included in the SCF-050 pellet furnace has a capacity of 200lbs. The flue outlet has a diameter of 4 inches. This furnace has a height of 41 inches, width of 25.25 inches and a depth of 33.75 inches, and has a weight of 374lbs. The SCF-050 furnace uses different types of fuel for burning, such as pellets, wheat, corn, distiller grain, rye and cherry pits.
