Wood Stove Studio supplies a range of wood burning stoves including the Hawk 3 model. The wood stove is compact, yet has a large hearth. Due to its small size, the wood combustion stove can be installed in a small fireplace. The air wash mechanism helps to keep the glass clean in the stove. This is done by drawing the air into the top of the stove and heating it in the air chamber. Then the air is sent down behind the glass door to form a screen between the glass and the fire. This screen does not allow the combustion particles or smoke to touch the glass, leaving the glass clean.
The Hawk 3 wood stove offers safe over night burning. When the air inflow is reduced to the minimum, the fire smolders gently all through the night. If required, the air flow can be increased to get more fire. For coal burning, the grate can be changed to open position by just a single turning of the handle. Later the air can be directed to go below the open grate and reach the hearth.
For wood burning in the Hawk 3 wood stove, air wash is directed to the hearth down the door of the stove. This process enables complete combustion of the wood and maintains a clean chimney. The wood stove, offered by Wood Stove Studio, provides a safe and dust free riddling system that is easy to operate. The Hawk 3 wood stove is available in contemporary ‘D’ door and traditional designs.
