Year-A-Round manufactures different models of commercial corn furnaces including the 950-FA model. The heating capacity of the furnace ranges from 140,000 to 950,000 British thermal units per hour. The corn furnace can heat from 12,000 to 50,000 square feet area. The biomass furnace can be provided with optional extra large storage bin to store more fuel. The power outage or low fire safety switch of the furnace stops the corn feeder to avoid overfill.
950-FA Commercial Corn Furnace
The 950-FA commercial corn furnace is equipped with a control panel that is used to create and maintain comfortable heating. The corn furnace features sleeves made of stainless steel. With the delay agitator switch, the agitator can be operated according to the requirement. The heat is distributed through the air flow chamber with the help of a fan to maximize the heat transfer. The biomass furnace, offered by Year-A-Round, provides clinker free operation with clean burning.
The 950-FA commercial corn furnace incorporates an air flow auger that helps in effective spreading of corn in the firebox. This enhances the efficiency and heat output of the furnace. The heating unit of the corn furnace can be easily separated by removing only two bolts. This corn furnace is available in three models namely forced air, hot water system with 12-inch pot and hot water system with 10-inch pot. The dimensions of the corn furnace are 97 x 43 x 98 inches.
