Day4 Energy, SOLERA sunpower GmbH Sign Frame Agreement for 10 MW Solar Projects

The business relationship between Day4 Energy and SOLERA sunpower GmbH has further expanded with the signing of a 10 MW frame agreement between the companies in Southern Germany. Day4 Energy is a leading provider of cost-effective solar power solutions.

Since 2004, SOLERA sunpower has been providing high quality and high efficiency PV solutions for the German market. Recently, the company has installed Day4 solar modules totaling 150 kW on housing developments located in Immendingen, Germany. Silvano Jakob, CEO of SOLERA sunpower said the company has chosen to continue the partnership with Day4 Energy based on various factors such as satisfying performance of the modules, SOLERA’s requirement for high quality PV solutions and developing feed-in-tariff system predicated for 2010 in Germany.

Tim Morath, director of sales for Central Europe for Day4 Energy, said the company recognized the SOLERA’s earlier success with Day4 modules installations and is looking forward to continue the partnership this year also. The relationship between the companies began in 2009 and Day4 Energy is looking forward to continue the relationship with SOLERA not only for these projects but also for other projects in the future.
