Quad Energy Offers BP 365J 65W Solar Modules

Quad Energy offers a range of small size modules and large size panels manufactured by BP and SunTech. The large size solar panels are available in 65W and 80W capacities. The BP 365J 65W solar module is designed for remote industrial applications such as water pumping and telecoms. It is capable of charging 12V batteries in any climatic condition.

The BP 365J 65W solar module is configured with a standard J-Box and clear universal frame. The J-version junction box has four-terminal connection block. The maximum rated power of this photovoltaic module is 65W and the nominal voltage is 12V. This large size solar module offered by Quad Energy has a maximum power voltage of 17.6V and a maximum current of 3.69A. The open circuit voltage and short circuit current of this module are 22.1V and 3.99A, respectively. The rating of maximum series fuse 20A and the maximum system voltage is 600V.

The BP 365J 65W solar module is available in a length of 1111mm, width of 502mm and depth of 50mm, and it weighs 7.2kg. It is made of silicon nitride multicrystalline silicon cells. This solar module has 36 solar cells, each with a dimension of 114 x 114mm, and connected in a 4 x 9 matrix series. This solar module provided by Quad Energy includes Schottky by-pass diodes.
