Beyond Oil Solar provides a range of solar powered products such as solar panels, charge controllers, inverters, PV racks, solar pumps and solar hot water systems. The new evacuated solar hot water tube has a length of 1800mm and a diameter of 58mm. It supplies more hot water than the older system due to their added length and diameter, and one piece heat sink, which is present inside the tube.
The one piece heat sink in the evacuated solar hot water tube enables the 30 tube systems to provide 40,000BTUs on a bright day. The solar hot water tubes are exposed to the sun to absorb sunlight at every angle during the day. With the vacuum chamber placed between the tube’s two walls, the evacuated tubes can remain cool in bright sunlight as well as produce hot water on a cloudy day. This solar hot water tube from Beyond Oil Solar is designed to perform efficiently in cold weather conditions.
The ASW-18F-10 evacuated solar hot water collector has a total area of 20.45ft2. It is equipped with 10 tubes and these tubes have a length of 70 inches. The depth of the collector is 5.9 inches. The volume of the fluid present in the collector is 18.9oz. The ASW-18F-10 is a vacuum tube collector that works efficiently by heat pipe conception method. The cover of the collector is made of aluminum and the cover tube is made of borosilicate glass. The thickness of the cover tube is 0.059 inches. The outer diameters of the cover tube and the inner tube are 2.28 inches and 1.85 inches, respectively.
